Shipping Policy & FAQs

Processing Time

All products will ship within 3-5 business days unless otherwise specified on website, though oftentimes they will ship sooner. Orders will ship in a no-bend envelope or poly mailer depending on contents of order. Large orders may be shipped in a box.

Shipping Costs

Shipping is free over $25 for US orders! We currently ship to the US and Canada only. International shipping is charged according to available rates, weight of items ordered and the package's destination. 

Sticker Shipping

For all orders shipping within the U.S. or to Canada and containing stickers only, customers have the option to select "non-tracked envelope" at checkout. This option is provided in an effort to cut down on shipping costs for customers. If you select this option at checkout, please note that your sticker order will be shipped in an envelope with a stamp, and you will not be provided a tracking number. 

Expedited Shipping

For all orders, customers have the option to purchase expedited shipping. Please note that purchasing expedited shipping will affect the number of days it takes for a package to reach you once it has been shipped. It does not affect the processing time (3-5 business days). 

International Shipping

We currently ship to the US and Canada. For international orders, the customer is responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs. 

Returns

We do not accept returns of purchased items, but if your item is damaged in transit or the order is incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the package with photographs of the damaged item(s) so we can help you. We want to make sure you're completely satisfied with your order!

FAQs

My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:

  • Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address

  • Ask your local post office if they have your package

  • Stop by your neighbors' in case the courier left the package with them

 

I don't live in the U.S. Can I order something from your store?

At this time we ship to the US and Canada only. Please check back for updates regarding international shipping. 

 

Why didn't I receive an order confirmation?

Unfortunately, order confirmations sometimes end up in customers' spam or promotions inbox. Please check there first and get in touch if you still don't see your order confirmation!
