Shipping Policy & FAQs


All products will ship within 3-5 business days unless otherwise specified on website. All prints are packaged in a clear plastic sleeve and may include a cardboard pad for extra protection. Orders will ship in a no-bend envelope or poly mailer depending on contents of order. Large orders may be shipped in a box.

Shipping is free over $25! We currently only ship within the U.S. 

For all orders, customers have the option to purchase expedited shipping. Please note that purchasing expedited shipping will affect the number of days it takes for a package to reach you once it has been shipped. It does not affect the processing time (3-5 business days). 


We do not accept returns of purchased items, but if your item is damaged in transit or the order is incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the package with photographs of the damaged item(s) so we can help you. We want to make sure you're completely satisfied with your order!

My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:

  • Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address

  • Ask your local post office if they have your package

  • Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them


I don't live in the U.S. Can I order something from your store?

Unfortunately, at this time we only ship within the United States. Please check back for updates regarding shipping. 


Why didn't I receive an order confirmation?

Unfortunately, order confirmations sometimes end up in customers' spam or promotions inbox. Please check there first and get in touch if you still don't see your order confirmation!
